Bilateral agreement was signed by Germany and South Korea focusing on the cooperation in cyber infrastructure on Monday, April 17th, 2017 in front of Audio Visual Room, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Parahyangan Catholic University. The agreement was made to establish and develop mutually beneficial and equitable cooperation on the basis of mutual respect for their respective independence and sovereignty.
South Korea and Germany recognized the importance of cyberspace to improve innovation, bring economic prosperity and social thus both parties agreed to put industry 4.0 as a comprehensive platform of cyber infrastructure. By signing the agreement, they have agreed to cooperate in endorsing the usage of platform industry 4.0, encouraging private citizens and businesses to support the industry 4.0, and conducting an exchange programs of experts and professionals regarding cyber development in both countries.
They expected a complementary relationship between Germany and South Korea through industry 4.0 after signing the agreement. Both parties hope that by signing the agreement, they can learn from each other.
