Take place on Friday, April 20th, 2017, Switzerland and Google held a meeting to signed the Memorandum of Understanding in front of Audio Visual Room, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Building, Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Indonesia.

Switzerland and Google agreed to cooperate in promoting the human rights at the cyber sphere and surveillance reform also to strengthen the cyber security specifically on sensitive and private data protection. With this cooperation, Switzerland committed to helping Google in combatting every kind of cyber attack or physical threats. As the biggest internet platform, with many Switzerland citizen registered as the google user, Switzerland believe that Google is a reliable and trusted partner to provide a safe and secure database for the Switzerland civil society to storage their data. Google and Switzerland also willing to give assistance to Switzerland in case of emergency also committed to sharing information when cybercrime or cyber attack occurred.
